Thank you for shopping with SunshineGifts2026. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items are delivered, including digital products, physical products, and The Sunshine Collection Paintings.


1. Digital Downloads & Printables

Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.

You will receive:

  • A download link on the checkout confirmation page

  • A download email sent to the address used at checkout

If you do not receive your files within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.


2. Processing Times (Physical Products)

Processing times vary depending on the product type and supplier.

Standard Processing Times

  • Wall art, posters, prints: 2–5 business days

  • Home décor items: 2–5 business days

  • Accessories or specialty items: 3–7 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.


3. Shipping Times (Physical Products)

Shipping times depend on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order.

Estimated Shipping Windows

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia: 7–20 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, or unforeseen events.


4. The Sunshine Collection Paintings (Original Artwork)

These pieces require special handling.

Processing Time

  • 5–10 business days (hand‑prepared and packaged)

Shipping Time

  • 5–12 business days depending on location

Important Notes

  • These paintings are final sale

  • They are non‑returnable

  • They are eligible for refund only in cases of verified shipping damage

  • No replacements are offered for original artwork

If your painting arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.


5. Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages. This is normal and does not affect your shipping cost.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (when available). Some international shipments may have limited tracking depending on the carrier.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

We cannot control or predict these charges.


8. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund it.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
